Responsibilities
- Define and own the CRM product vision and roadmap to improve engagement and long-term value
- Set strategy for intelligent customer communications
- Foster an always-on testing environment and measure incrementality and impact
- Monitor industry trends and share insights with the CRM team
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering to deliver high-quality UX
- Lead personalised strategies across the business to boost engagement, loyalty, and conversion
- Utilise customer research, data, and experimentation to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and measure impact; conduct A/B tests and build data dashboards
Key requirements
- Proven Product Manager experience in ecommerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms
- Strong track record launching 0-1 mobile-first products, especially in personalisation
- Familiarity with using enriched customer data to power relevant experiences
- Comfort with agile, full-stack, cross-functional teams
- Data-driven with analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with Power BI, Braze, Databricks, Optimizely
