Responsibilities
- Manage a varied private client caseload from inception to completion
- Advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, executries, and estate planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance when appropriate
- Contribute to growth and success of the private client practice
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE in private client law
- Experience handling wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries, and estate planning
- Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client service, communication, and organisational skills
- Team player; STEP qualification advantageous but not essential
