Private Client Solicitor (hybrid/remote)

Overview

As a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ PQE, you work on a varied high-net-worth caseload and advise across wills, LPA, estate planning, probate, trusts and tax matters. You will operate with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality, advisory-focused service and building long-term relationships with discerning clients. The role sits in a Legal 500-ranked team known for its collaborative, ethical culture and independent operation. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied high-net-worth private client caseload (wills, LPAs, estate planning, probate, trusts, tax)
• Provide advisory, relationship-focused guidance to clients
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with a highly regarded partner and settled team when needed
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and client service

Key requirements

• 4+ PQE as Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Confident across core private client matters
• Exposure to HNW work and trusts is helpful but not essential
