Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on a large project working in the Somerset area. This is a Energy/Civils related project. My client will also consider a Quantity Surveyor for this role.

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enjoy the existing commercial team. this. This role falls inside IR35.

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• £550-600 per day based on experience. My client will also consider a QS
• Inside IR35

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Reportingand dealing with change
• Forecasting
• Control budgets, maximising revenue and margin
• Managing sub contractors
• Working with the NEC contract
• Client Liaison
• Costing

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Experience working on large civil engineering projects
• NEC experience
• This does require some site visits as and when required
