Youth Guarantee Lead — Empowering Young Futures

Nottingham College is seeking a full-time Youth Guarantee Team Lead to deliver personal development, enrichment and employability-based learning to groups of young people aged sixteen to twenty-one for 12 weeks at a time. You will support progression into work and education, work with Safeguarding Officers, promote the programme to recruits, help improve behaviour, and provide effective pastoral support.

The role includes a competitive salary (£29,390 to £33,602 FTE), generous annual leave, LGPS
