Overview
As a Key Account Manager in Luxury Sales, you will cultivate and grow partnerships with luxury hotel concierges, travel decision-makers, and premium intermediaries across the UK. You’ll present and tailor commercial proposals, building lasting revenue streams while ensuring high service levels. Your consultative approach and ability to engage across all levels will drive SIXT’s luxury market presence. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with a clear path from London to other UK cities.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with concierges, high-end hotels, agencies and luxury intermediaries across the UK
- Identify and secure new business through concierge referrals and luxury networks, expanding revenue in the luxury market
- Create customized sales approaches including proposals, negotiations and contracts
- Train and present to partners at all levels, from front-line staff to C-suite
- Win internal buy-in to design and implement partner-focused service strategies
- Represent SIXT at luxury industry events and networking opportunities
Key requirements
- Strong track record in new business development and account management with revenue growth from partnerships
- Experience with luxury or premium clients preferred but not essential
- Confident, persuasive presenter capable of briefing staff and senior decision-makers
- Ability to understand partner businesses, ask the right questions, and tailor proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to inspire trust and gain internal buy-in
- Results-driven with entrepreneurial flair and opportunity identification
