Luxury Night Manager — Lead 5-Star Front Desk Team

Hastings Hotels in Northern Ireland is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and ensure the smooth operation of reception. You will work with the General Manager, drive high standards of service, and deliver 5-star experiences to our guests.

The successful candidate will have experience working nights and the ability to motivate staff, manage costs, and uphold company policies. The role is full-time, with shifts 11pm–7am and a 35-hour week.
