Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub management team. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and drive memorable guest experiences that keep customers returning.

With the Aspire progression to General Manager, you will develop leadership skills, manage shifts, and motivate staff while running day-to-day operations in a branded environment. A prior Assistant/Deputy Manager background is preferred.
