Overview

In this role, you lead a team of HR professionals to deliver efficient, compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will drive continuous improvements, develop HR dashboards, and oversee Workday functionality and data integrity to support strategic decision-making. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR processes with business priorities and employee experience goals. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team, manage workloads and performance against SLA/KPIs
• Oversee onboarding and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience
• Create and monitor HR dashboards and SLA/KPI reporting
• Oversee HRIS administration and Workday training
• Produce HR reports and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with employment law and data protection standards
• Engage with managers and senior stakeholders to align HR operations with business needs

Key requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations management or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
