Responsibilities

• Advise on project conception and strategic approaches to meet client objectives
• Set and monitor overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects
• Establish project governance, processes and systems
• Produce detailed project plans and manage procurement of resources
• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive performance with KPIs
• Manage change control and project finances
• Oversee communication with client and consultants; produce progress reports
• Interface with client and internal teams across all project stages
• Staff management and knowledge management for project learnings
• Ensure timely client invoicing and monitor financial status via FMS
• Identify and implement internal process improvements

Key requirements

• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in digital/data centres
• Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
• Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle and governance
• Experience in data centre design, development, construction or management
• Proven ability to lead client interfacing and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with construction/tenant liaison coordination
• Familiarity with project management concepts, tools and techniques
