Senior Quality Specialist

Overview

In this role you will oversee testing and deployment activities for Anatomic Pathology Laboratory systems, driving project timelines and budgets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery, presenting updates to stakeholders and senior management. You’ll implement process improvements with other Project Managers, contributing to IQVIA’s biomarker and clinical trial capabilities. Responsibilities

• Support testing and deployment oversight for Anatomic Pathology Laboratory systems
• Create, track and report on project timelines
• Manage project budgets and invoice approvals
• Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal/external teams and senior management
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
• Coordinate with other project resources within and outside the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory
• Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Biology based science
• 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory or clinical trials environment
• Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to deliver results to quality and timeline metrics
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Strong software and computer skills including MS Office applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
