Overview
As Senior Project Manager in our Manchester Real Estate team, you drive end-to-end project delivery for healthcare commissions, balancing time, cost and quality to meet client objectives. You act as the primary day-to-day client interface and lead governance, planning and cross-functional teams. You manage risk, finances and reporting, and guide stakeholders through change. This role offers impact across large, complex projects within a global adviser in the real estate and healthcare space.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management commissions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards
- Serve as the main day-to-day client interface to align objectives and expectations
- Establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment considerations
- Set up governance, processes and systems to manage projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Advise on procurement of resources and manage cross-functional project teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control processes
- Oversee project finances and regular client/consultant communications and reporting
- Ensure production of formal project progress reports and maintain stakeholder engagement
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar)
- Proven experience managing Healthcare projects, ideally in a consultancy environment, with openness to candidates from contracting backgrounds
