Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end project management for Real Estate commissions, acting as the main client interface to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You will shape project objectives, governance, and cross-functional teams, while progressing business development and knowledge sharing. The work supports Turner & Townsend’s sustainability-focused vision by delivering complex projects for global clients. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive outcomes that align with client goals and the firm’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for real estate commissions up to 40m (and larger in advisory work)
  • Serve as day-to-day client interface ensuring objectives are met and constraints respected
  • Establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment considerations
  • Set up governance, processes and systems for project delivery
  • Produce detailed project plans and manage procurement of resources
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance via KPI-driven management
  • Oversee change control and project finances, including invoicing and financial monitoring
  • Coordinate client and consultant communications, progress reporting, and formal updates
  • Lead marketing and business development activities, including bid preparation and client pitches
  • Mentor and manage junior staff and contribute to knowledge management and process improvements
  • Maintain project case studies, photographs and CVs; drive continuous improvement in PM products and services
  • Contribute to internal management activities including recruitment, resource planning and staff appraisals

Key requirements

  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline
