Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead global payroll and EOR onboarding projects, guiding clients from discovery to go-live. You will work across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth implementations and successful handovers. You’ll apply process, data, and compliance expertise to configure platforms and drive on-time delivery. The position offers the chance to shape scalable workflows and leverage AI-powered tools to boost efficiency. You will join a fast-growing, cross-functional team building a full-spectrum payroll solution for a global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, EOR, and workforce management solutions
• Serve as primary client contact through the implementation lifecycle for a strong client experience
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables within scope
• Guide platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management for delivery and handover
• Support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and outcomes
• Contribute to improving implementation methodologies and playbooks

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
• 3+ years in payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management environments
• Proven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce management solutions
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
