Overview
As Project Director, you lead performance measurement and reporting on major programmes, applying expert project controls to drive outcomes. You will design and implement controls systems and foster a culture of disciplined performance across client organisations. This role combines advisory work with hands-on system delivery, analytics and training to improve project performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex programmes and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance measurement and reporting solutions for major projects
- Provide specialist controls consultancy on project controls systems and processes
- Deliver training and conduct project performance reviews
- Lead the integration of project controls and drive a controls-centric culture
- Advise on estimation, planning, cost control, risk and change control within projects
Key requirements
- Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with eight+ years of experience or 10+ years in a project control environment
- Proven track record as a Project Controls Leader and specialist in performance measurement and analysis
- Strong communication and analytical skills; proactive and capable of promoting a controls culture
- Strong knowledge of planning and cost engineering methodologies; ability to lead an integrated project control approach
- Numerate, computer literate and proficient with project controls systems; experience with integrating systems with databases
