Overview

As a Senior Associate in a leading London disputes boutique, you will handle high-stakes business crime and investigations matters within a close-knit team. You will work directly with Partners and clients on complex, cross-border cases involving fraud, sanctions and regulatory issues, shaping strategy and execution. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to junior staff development, all while upholding technical excellence and sound judgment. This role offers visible responsibility and a platform to impact high-value matters in a respected practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of business crime and investigations matters
• Work on complex cross-border cases involving fraud, corruption and financial crime
• Engage with regulators, enforcement agencies and international counsel
• Support asset tracing and recovery strategies
• Build strong client relationships on sensitive, high-value matters
• Contribute to development and mentoring of junior team members

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in business crime, investigations or related disputes work
• Experience in complex, high-value and international matters
• Confidence handling sensitive situations and client relationships
• Strong technical skills with sound commercial judgment
• Desire to join a specialist team with a strong market reputation and high-quality workflow
