Overview
In this role you will handle a predominantly real estate caseload for household-name clients in the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector. You will join a specialist team within a leading national firm and work closely with seasoned partners. You will tackle freehold and leasehold transactions, development and pre-let work, and ongoing estate management, while also engaging with operator-specific issues with expert support. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position that helps shape property-led strategies for the sector. Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Development and pre-let arrangements
- Portfolio re-gears
- Day-to-day estate management including leases, licenses, variations, easements, and ancillary agreements
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE
- Interest and enthusiasm for drinks, hospitality and leisure sector
- Awareness of operator-specific issues (TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances, licensing/regulatory) with specialist support as needed
- Real estate transactions (freehold/leasehold)
- Development and pre-let work
- Estate management (leases, licenses, variations, easements)
- Knowledge of operator-specific issues in hospitality (TUPE, TOGC, licensing)
