Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of commercial property matters for landlords and tenants
- Advise on joint ventures, acquisitions, retail and leisure projects, and developments for commercial/mixed-use properties
- Handle portfolio sales and business transfers (e.g., restaurants, guest houses)
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents
- Engage in business development and build strong client relationships
- Contribute to marketing efforts and cross-functional collaboration for firm growth
Key requirements
- Strong track record in commercial property law with at least 3 years of experience
- Solid technical skills and commercial awareness
