Overview
In this role you drive and coordinate quality management for Member Firms within a global audit network. You’ll oversee ongoing monitoring of quality actions, assess remediation designs, and provide practical guidance on policies and ISQM 1 requirements. You’ll act as a main contact for quality matters and help refine guidance, tools, and resources. This is a globally focused, contract-to-build role that combines audit quality expertise with project leadership to support standards compliance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing monitoring of Member Firms’ quality management activities and action plans, tracking progress against actions
- Assess remediation actions for proper design and root-cause address
- Review submissions from Member Firms to flag significant matters and follow-up needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for quality management matters with Member Firms
- Respond to queries and provide practical guidance on quality management policies and ISQM 1 requirements
- Contribute to development and maintenance of quality management guidance, tools, templates, and resources including ISQM 1
Key requirements
- Professional qualification in audit or assurance (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of ISQM 1 and related standards
- Experience applying quality management in audit or professional services environments
