Overview

As Senior Client Manager, you will lead a portfolio of niche tech clients within a growing accountancy practice. You’ll mentor a team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance to clients. The role combines client management with opportunities to upsell services and contribute to firm growth. You’ll work closely with Directors to shape service delivery for fast-paced tech clients and benefit from ongoing specialist training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of niche tech clients
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements, tax returns, and related documents
• Provide strategic financial guidance to clients
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, supporting their professional development
• Collaborate with Directors to drive business growth

Key requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualification is essential
• Experience in an Accountancy Practice in a client-facing role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Team leadership and mentoring experience is a plus
