Responsibilities

• Service Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards and provide excellent customer service
• Identify and rectify problems proactively to prevent issues
• Safely service devices, manage time efficiently, prioritize jobs
• Complete engineer reports or checklists accurately

Key requirements

• Experience in the Fire industry with repair/maintenance of large systems
• Expert knowledge in mainstream and high-end Fire, Gas and Aspiration systems
• Working knowledge of industry standards and strong troubleshooting and computer skills
• Customer-facing experience and a full clean driving license
• Ability to lift, climb ladders and work at height
• Preferred qualifications: 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA
