Europe HR Transformation & Governance Lead

Mitsui & Co Europe Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Europe Bloc HR team in London. The role supports HR transformation, governance, operating model development, and a range of projects to drive consistency and efficiency across the region.

You will partner with HR teams and business stakeholders across multiple countries, contributing to policy development, programme delivery, and organisational development. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CIPD Level 7 is desirable.
