Overview
As Education & Retail Coordinator, you will plan, deliver and measure educational activities across Travel Retail, supporting Education and Sales. You’ll create and deploy training content (digital and physical) for NPD launches and initiatives, manage field communications and events, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery. You’ll lead content quality, coordinate calendars, and oversee budgeting for training programs in a fast‑paced, global context. This role offers hands‑on impact shaping how teams learn and perform on a global stage.

Responsibilities
- Create and deploy educational content for Team Tilbury using the Global Education assets and LMS/tools
- Plan and deliver NPD launch training material regionally; coordinate with stakeholders on best practice for content delivery
- Manage training content for field communications and branding materials; proofread and update materials
- Produce annual/biannual hero videos; oversee project from brief to execution
- Act as Education lead on internal communications channel with department updates and events
- Coordinate Retail calendars with Retail, Commercial, Pro, Marketing and Retail Operations; ensure training and store visits are scheduled
- Design and collect surveys across training functions and report back to stakeholders
- Lead classroom trainings and train‑the‑trainer sessions; plan regional conferences and education meetings
- Support planning and execution of artistry & L&D certification courses; co‑plan large events like Retail Conferences/Seasonal Schools
- Organise field team meetings; create tools and documentation as required
- Oversee forecasting and actualisation of travel/expense costs for training; manage training kit replenishment and budgets
- Manage gratis allocations to store teams in collaboration with Supply and Customer Supply Chain
- Ensure roles across the region confirm planned training and delivery milestones
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a similar operational/education/training role
- Good understanding of retail environment
- Effective communicator with excellent English; additional Spanish/French is a plus
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Highly structured, organized and able to work in ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
- Team‑oriented and proactive
- IT skills: Excel (formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook; Google Docs, Zoom, Photo Editor and Word are advantageous
