We’re looking for a confident, reliable Retail Team Leader to lead stocktaking teams across a variety of retail and commercial sites.

If you’re good with people, enjoy taking responsibility and want a varied role where you’re not stuck behind a desk, this could be a great next move.

The role

You’ll take charge of each shift, supporting your team and making sure every stocktake is completed accurately, efficiently and professionally.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team on site
• Making sure stocktakes run smoothly and on time
• Monitoring performance and accuracy
• Dealing with customers and resolving any issues
• Completing basic reporting and administration
• Maintaining high standards of service and safety

About you

You’ll be organised, dependable and comfortable taking the lead.

You’ll need:

• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and people skills
• A hands-on, positive approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working independently
• Flexibility to travel and work different shifts
• Previous supervisory experience is useful, but we’re just as interested in people with the right attitude and potential to lead.
