Corporate Finance Senior Associate |3+ PQE | London

Overview

In this role you will support a growing Corporate and Acquisition Finance team in London, advising banks, sponsors, corporates and lenders on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. You will work on a range of financings including acquisition, event-driven, asset-backed and receivables financings, with a focus on data centres and digital infrastructure. You will collaborate with partners on high-profile deals for an international client base, helping to develop the practice and shape strategic finance offerings. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing platform in a collaborative, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex domestic and cross-border financings for banks, sponsors, corporates and lenders
• Handle transactional work across acquisition finance, event-driven finance, asset-backed and receivables financings
• Support development of the Corporate and Acquisition Finance practice and contribute to high-profile transactions
• Collaborate with partners to service an international client base on sophisticated deals

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE
• strong transactional and corporate/acquisition finance experience at an international or leading UK firm
• experience or interest in data centres/digital infrastructure is advantageous but not essential
