Front Desk & Guest Experience Team

Butlin’s in Bognor Regis is seeking a Reception Team member to support the guest experience across the resort. You will welcome guests, guide them through check-in, issue keys and wristbands, and explain facilities and schedules to ensure a smooth arrival.

Working closely with all resort teams, you will help deliver a brilliant guest experience and maintain high service standards. The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, punctuality and strong communication skills.
