Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordinator

County Surgery in Northampton is seeking a courteous receptionist to join our busy primary care team. You will greet patients, manage the appointment system, book and modify appointments, and handle confidential information with care.

You will act as a central point of contact for patients and staff, signposting to services and supporting clinicians with general tasks, filing, scanning, and administration as required.
