Area Kitchen Manager: Lead Food Teams Across Pubs

Greene King is seeking an Area Kitchen Manager to lead the Leicester Arms kitchen and support kitchen teams across the area. You will work with General Managers and kitchen leaders to maintain high standards, develop capability, and drive recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.

You will also identify development opportunities, coach colleagues, and provide operational guidance across pubs as needed, ensuring allergen controls, hygiene and safety compliance at all times.
