Job responsibilities

• Planning and running digital acquisition campaigns
• Creating and testing campaign ideas, landing pages and advertising messages
• Working with social media and paid advertising channels
• Analysing traffic, conversions and campaign performance
• Supporting marketplace growth in individual cities and countries
• Using AI tools for research, content creation and campaign optimisation

Requirements

• Practical understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to work with campaign data and analytics
• Good written English
• Ability to create clear advertising messages
• Independent and proactive approach
• Willingness to test, measure and improve campaigns

Advantage

• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads or social advertising
• Marketplace or classifieds marketing experience
• SEO and landing-page optimisation
• Analytics and conversion tracking
• Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows
