ICC Call Handler: Life-Saving Emergency Support

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an ICC Call Handler to join the Integrated Contact Centre. The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with training lasting ten weeks, covering 999, 111 or Patient Transport Services areas.
