Finance ERP Lead

Overview

In this role, you will define and drive the ERP architecture for Kantar’s Finance landscape, with emphasis on D365 F&O. You’ll deliver large ERP initiatives, ensure alignment with business needs, and guide cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology and Transformation. You’ll manage integrations, data flows and vendor partnerships to enable scalable, resilient systems. This position combines strategic architecture with hands-on delivery in a global, transformation-driven environment, offering meaningful impact on financial decision-making and platform maturity.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and design for the Finance ERP landscape focusing on D365 F&O
• Deliver large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements with quality and scalability
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Transformation to translate business needs into solutions
• Oversee integrations, data flows and system design for consistency and best practices
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners for performance and value
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, stability, and processes
• Provide technical leadership across ERP platforms and support long-term roadmap

Key requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is beneficial
• Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations
• Understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud-based architecture (Azure preferred)
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing at senior levels
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
