Lead Hotel Operations & Guest Experience

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager at Telford (The International Centre). You will lead the hotel shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, and ensure guests have a seamless stay. The role requires confident decision-making, hands-on leadership and a calm demeanour during busy periods.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, with a permanent contract and guaranteed hours, plus extensive training and progression opportunities within Whitbread’s Premier Inn family.
