Building Recruitment Co Ltd is seeking a Recovery Navigator to join a community mental health service in Swindon. The role focuses on supporting adults with moderate to severe mental health needs, helping them build resilience and connect with their communities.
The position can also be offered as a Peer Recovery Navigator for applicants with lived experience. The contract is temporary for 3–6 months with potential permanent opportunities, working Monday to Friday 9–5 and paying £13.54 per hour
