Desktop Support Engineer — Uptime, Onboarding & Security

Veson Nautical is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide high-quality end-user IT support across the organization, ensuring uptime of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will resolve issues via remote tools, support on-site and remote staff, and assist with IT projects to improve the technology experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SOC2 controls, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
