Reception & Housing Enquiries Advisor

Torus Group in Liverpool is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor for their Reception team. You will be the first face for customers, handling housing queries, repairs, rent accounts and rehousing matters with clear, helpful guidance.

The role is based at Liverpool City Centre with occasional travel to St Helens or Warrington for cover. You will join a busy, supportive team and help customers access digital services and self-serve options.
