Social Worker – Through Care Team…

We are looking for a creative and professionally curious Social Worker to join our Through Care team based in Eastbourne and across East Sussex.

The team works with young people aged 14 -25 who are care experienced or care leavers.

The role involves building relationships with the young people to support them and promote their development, identity and wellbeing whilst working collaboratively with their carers and the professional network to progress individual Care Plans and Pathway Plans.
