Reablement Support Worker – Help People Regain Independence

Bradford Corporation is seeking a Reablement Support Worker for The Bradford Reablement Service in the Keighley area. The role is 31.5 hours per week with a two-week rotating schedule, including weekends.

You will re-abet individuals in community settings, assist with daily living tasks, and maintain accurate digital records. Applicants should be prepared to work towards the Care Certificate and QCF Level 2 in health and social care, have a UK driving licence, and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
