Job Description:
Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our Rushden service in Northamptonshire. You will lead a day and night team, deliver high-quality care in a 24/7 supported living setting for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, and work to individual care plans.
You will supervise staff, maintain records, liaise with health professionals and families, promote community activities, and help residents develop daily living skills in eight self-contained flats.
