Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients and understand their financial needs
• Prepare and participate in client meetings to discuss lending opportunities and banking products
• Draft detailed credit analyses for syndicated and bilateral loans
• Prepare high-quality credit applications including cash flow, debt capacity, and covenants
• Ensure credit documentation aligns with bank risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Structure syndicated and bilateral loan facilities with origination, risk, and legal teams
• Provide insights on LMA documentation and market practices
• Stay updated on LMA guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards

Key requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin
• relevant RM experience in FI / Corporate Banking
• strong credit analysis skills and financial modeling
• familiarity with LMA practices and documentation
• proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• ability to collaborate across legal, risk, and origination teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
