Retail Customer Service Manager – Sportsbook Shops

Entain is a leading global sports betting and gaming company operating Ladbrokes and Coral shops across the UK. We are recruiting a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver excellent customer service, maintain shop standards, and lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will take bets, process transactions, demonstrate products and handle customer concerns with empathy. The role reports to the Shop Manager and offers a £13.00 per hour rate with flexible shifts.
