Overview
In this role you will lead complex tax valuations within a growing advisory practice in London. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, acting as a principal client contact and shaping how valuation services are delivered. The work spans M&A, shareholder valuations, private client matters, equity incentive schemes, restructurings, and transaction support in mid-market assignments. You contribute to people development, process improvements, and the growth of the practice in a fast-paced, agile, partner-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex valuation work with judgement and commercial insight
- Serve as a primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships
- Shape delivery models and develop the valuation service offering
- Develop people, improve processes, and contribute to practice growth
- Engage in varied projects across M&A valuations, private client matters, equity incentives, restructurings, and transaction support
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors in a visible, non-back-office role
- Support mid-market deals and contribute to business development and client growth
Key requirements
- Senior valuation specialist with significant client-facing experience
- Ability to own complex projects and provide commercial insights
- Exposure to clients and multi-disciplinary engagement
