Remote Chartered Quantity Surveyor – Fire Safety & Costs

CHPK Limited, a Birmingham-based consulting firm, is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-contract cost management across commercial and residential projects. The role is remote with some Birmingham office attendance, focusing on cost planning, tender management, contract administration and final accounts.

You should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, several years in a QS role, and knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.
