Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of Italian dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence..
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items and improve existing dishes..
• Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization..
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards..

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen..
• Deep understanding of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients..
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure..
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities..
