Overview

In this role you shape the long-term strategy and delivery of BCG’s global Productivity Tools portfolio, empowering thousands of users with secure, modern and reliable productivity experiences. You will work across Windows, Mac and mobile platforms, aligning with Tech@BCG priorities to drive impact at scale. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad, balance innovation with stability, and translate user insights into a prioritized roadmap. This position offers the chance to influence the digital workplace across a global consultancy and partner with leading tech vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Productivity Tools
  • Balance user experience, innovation, resilience, security, and business value across a 20+ product portfolio
  • Lead platform evolution across Windows, Mac, and mobile
  • Foster a customer-centric culture through regular engagement with consultants and functions
  • Drive UX, performance, reliability, and adoption via data, telemetry, and user insights
  • Establish product success metrics and use health KPIs to guide investments
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Security, Platform Engineering, and Operations
  • Champion automation in product lifecycle, governance, licensing, deployment, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Oversee product lifecycle activities: updates, releases, vendor engagement, modernization, and tech adoption
  • Lead a multidisciplinary squad of ~10 professionals and manage a Product Analyst

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle leadership for enterprise software or digital workplace platforms
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into strategic roadmaps and deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric product management with use of user research, analytics, and feedback
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing tech and business stakeholders without formal authority
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS or productivity platforms; familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Adobe ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong commercial and technical judgment balancing innovation with operational excellence, sustainability, security, and UX
