EDI Engagement & Community Partnerships Lead

Dorset Council is seeking an EDI Project Officer to help shape an inclusive Dorset by engaging communities and supporting the EDI Engagement Panel. You will collaborate with the EDI Officer, coordinate a network of up to 14 community organisations and organise meetings and events with accessible arrangements.

The role focuses on building partnerships, facilitating conversations, and ensuring community voices influence council decisions. Hybrid working in Dorchester, fixed-term contract.
