Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Resident Mechanical Engineer to join the engineering team at a large commercial site in Cheshire. This static role covers maintenance across mechanical building services, with responsibility for plant and equipment, fault finding and ensuring safe, compliant works.
The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on LTHW/CHW systems, pumps, motors and related plant, plus support for BMS-controlled systems and CAFM-driven tasks.
