Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).

The Role

You will advise clients across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, gaining exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.

About You

We are interested in speaking with qualified Employment Solicitors at NQ level and above.

You will have:

- A strong interest in Employment law
- Experience gained within a reputable employment team, although NQ candidates will also be considered
- Strong communication and client management skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine desire to develop your career within Employment law

Location & Working Arrangements

The role is based in Cardiff and involves hybrid working, with 3 days being required in the office and the other 2 days being allocated to working from home.
