Hybrid Finance Lead – Retail AP/AR & Cash Flow

Jollyes The Pet People is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead the Retail AP/AR functions within a hybrid office-based role in Waltham Abbey (Essex). The role drives cash flow, vendor recoveries and compliance while supervising the AP/AR teams and continuing process improvements.

You will manage procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, optimise working capital, and report on 90+ day aging and KPIs to senior management.
