Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for revenue growth across a range of products to exceed their financial objectives within a significant business territory. Across all revenue lines you will be required to both organically grow your existing client contributions and achieve new business wins.

  • Drive business revenue, growth and client satisfaction using EMaC’s expanding product portfolio.
  • Create, develop, and implement a strategic pipeline of sales activities to maximise profitability and client commitment to current partnerships across the network.
  • Prepare for future tender negotiations and engage with clients appropriately.
  • Identify, scope, and cultivate an opportunity pipeline for new business acquisition for all products.
  • Confidently communicate with and influence client stakeholders at board/executive level.
  • Communicate EMaC’s ‘Trusted Partner’ vision into all client stakeholder relationships.
  • Take full accountability and responsibility for the delivery and implementation of growth opportunities, with a focus on all EMaC products – Warranty/Maintenance, core revenue and ‘Drive Now, Pay Later’.
  • Take action to stay up to date with the capabilities and offerings of all EMaC competitors in the market that offer similar products to our own and clearly articulate the advantages of EMaC’s offering over any other.
  • Identify any risk to EMaC client partnerships and act efficiently to mitigate danger of revenue loss for any products.
  • Act as a trusted liaison and influential consultant to our partners and EMaC stakeholders, using knowledge, experience, and effective communication channels.
  • Have full autonomy and accountability of an area marketing budget and effective commercial spending to drive business results and generate additional revenue. Share best practise, knowledge and learnings with the team and business stakeholders to enhance EMaC’s industry knowledge.
  • Have the autonomy to make critical decisions that will improve client experience and increase business revenue generation.
  • Monitor all product performance against agreed KPIs and act, where necessary, with effective implementation of action planning to achieve results.
  • Proactively seek improvement opportunities in both processes and practises to improve client experience and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to achieve.
  • To be able to effectively gather requirements from clients to identify needs and offer solutions to support both client and EMaC objectives.
  • Use performance consulting techniques to assist our clients to achieve their desired results.
  • Effectively manage both client and stakeholder expectations based on business need and organisational priorities.
  • Engage with EMaC stakeholders to share product and territory performance using insightful and informative reporting.
  • Influence and motivate others within the business through leadership skills and coaching to improve commercial understanding supporting the achievement of company objectives.

What you’ll need

  • Natural communicator and storyteller with a passion for promoting and selling product-based concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate human insights into commercial outcomes.
  • A proven track record in ‘B2B’ product sales & account acquisition.
  • Inspirational and motivational relationship management and thought leadership skills.
  • A keen balance between creativity, commercial aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and account management.
  • Self-driven and positive individual with the ability to drive others to achieve.
  • Demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence when tackling challenging problems.
  • Possess appropriate technical Skills – MS Office, PowerPoint etc.
  • An understand of EMaC’s Operational practises, metrics, and general procedures is preferred but not essential.
