Case Handler: Bereavement & Vulnerable Customer Care

Sanderson in Newcastle is seeking experienced Case Handlers to join a large remediation programme. You will manage customer cases from investigation through to outcome, review information and evidence, and make fair decisions in line with agreed processes.

We are particularly interested in applicants with bereavement case handling and vulnerable customer experience, strong written communication, and a background in customer service, complaints, or case handling.
